GJ系列·全陶瓷无污染颚式破碎机

一、工作原理  Working principle

块状物料被投入破碎腔后,受到来自颚板错动产生的挤压,从而不断破碎直至通过下口间隙出料。

After the lump material is put into the crushing cavity, it is pressed by the jaw plate displacement, and it is continuously crushed until it is discharged through the gap of the loweroutlet.

二、设备特点  Features

1、适用于脆性物料的粗破碎,应用于锂电池材料、电子材料、高纯化工材料、高新陶瓷材料领域。

2、冲击磨损部位全部工程陶瓷防护,从而满足多数高新材料避免金属杂质污染要求,包括动颚板、静颚板、侧板等。

3、可后接辊式破碎机等设备,以进一步破碎物料。

1. It is suitable for the coarse crushing of brittle materials, and is used in the fields of lithium battery materials, electronic materials, high-purity engineering materials, and high-tech ceramic materials.

2. All impact wear parts are protected by engineering ceramics to meet the requirements of most high-tech materials to avoid metal impurity contamination, including moving jaw plate, static jaw plate, side plate, etc.

3. Can be followed by roller crusher and other equipment to further crush the material.
