FTW系列·全陶瓷无污染涡轮气流分级机

一、工作原理  Working principle

物料被定量加入分级机下部的分散腔内,在补风气流的吹扫作用下得到初步分散,同时在负压作用下上升,进入到上部分级腔内,在高速旋转的分级轮处得到进一步分散,随后接受高速分级轮的筛选,合格细粉会通过分级轮继而通过管道进入后道收尘设备(旋风分离器、布袋除尘器等),较粗的颗粒将沿筒壁而下,然后从下端被卸出。
